ENERGY STAR™ RaterPRO introduces an innovative approach to streamline the HERS rating process by simplifying the recording of site inspections and facilitating the rapid import of field data into rating files. This tool enhances the ability of HERS Raters to produce high-quality evaluations through a more efficient and integrated workflow.
Key features include:
- Importation of energy rating files generated from REM/Rate and Ekotrope modeling software
- Creation of both HERS-only and ENERGY STAR certification jobs
- Comprehensive data recording during pre-drywall and final inspections
- Ability to edit and refine energy modeling inputs
- Documentation of performance testing results, such as duct leakage and infiltration rates
- Note-taking capabilities complemented by photo documentation
- Generation of correction reports for communication with builders
- Export of completed jobs back into energy modeling tools with automatic recalculation of HERS scores
- Submission functionality for quality assurance review by a designated Provider
